ERP & Industry 4.0

Connect your shop floor to the executive dashboard.

Bespoke manufacturing ERPs connecting the shop floor to the boardroom: production, inventory, payroll, GST and live machine data in one system.

What you receive

  • Process map and module roadmap
  • ERP modules with role-based web and mobile access
  • Machine connectivity and OEE dashboards
  • Statutory reports and e-invoicing / e-way bill integration
  • Training, UAT, go-live support and AMC
Discuss ERP & Industry 4.0

Off-the-shelf ERPs force factory lines to adapt to generic software. We build systems that adapt to your machinery, your workflows and your compliance obligations, bridging raw machine data and high-level financial reporting in one architecture.

Our manufacturing ERPs are modular. Start with the module that hurts most, whether that is MRP, job work, inventory or payroll, and extend over time. Every module shares one data model, so a change on the shop floor is visible in the P&L the same minute.

What we build

ERP & Industry 4.0, in practice.

  • Discovery on the shop floor

We map routings, BOMs, approvals and exceptions by walking the line with supervisors, not by reading a template.

  • Modular ERP build

Production, planning, stores, quality, maintenance, sales, purchase, finance and HR modules on one schema.

  • Machine connectivity

PLC, SCADA and sensor data captured at the edge and streamed into OEE, downtime and quality dashboards.

  • Legacy & SAP coexistence

Decoupling bottlenecked modules from legacy systems with clean integration layers instead of a risky big-bang migration.

  • Indian statutory compliance

GST, e-way bills, e-invoicing, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and state-specific labour rules engineered into the workflow.

  • Cloud or on-premise

Secure cloud hosting, or an on-premise intranet deployment across multiple plants with controlled replication.

Core vertical modules

Start with the module that hurts most. Extend on one data model.

  • Manufacturing MRP

BOM explosions, automated purchase requisitions and shop-floor routing that tracks material flow end to end.

  • Machining & job work

Job cards with operator-level efficiency, tool-life logs and precise scrap and rework analytics.

  • Inventory automation

Multi-warehouse FIFO/LIFO stock with RFID and barcode scanning for real-time updates.

  • Predictive maintenance

MTBF-based alerts that raise work orders before a critical breakdown stops the line.

  • Financial analytics

Real-time P&L, automated ledgers and cost-centre deviation alerts for leadership.

  • Solar EPC control

Multi-MW site lifecycle tracking, remote inventory and milestone-based billing.

  • Quality & traceability

Inspection plans, batch and heat-number traceability, NCR workflows and certificate generation.

  • Payroll & HR

Shift rosters, biometric attendance, overtime, PF, ESIC and minimum-wage rules including Gujarat provisions.

Industry 4.0 layer

  • Direct PLC / SCADA integration APIs
  • Edge computing data bridges
  • Real-time OEE dashboards
  • Machine monitoring with downtime-reason capture
  • Role-based views for owners, supervisors and operators

Built for India

Compliance is engineered in, not bolted on.

GST & logistics

E-way bill generation, GSTR reporting, e-invoicing and distributor scheme management (TOD, slab and quantity schemes).

Payroll & HR

PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and minimum-wage rules, including state-specific provisions such as Gujarat.

Flexible deployment

Secure cloud hosting, or on-premise intranet deployment across multi-unit plants.

Our approach

How we keep it maintainable.

  • Shop-floor discovery with supervisors and operators, ending in an agreed process map and module roadmap.
  • One data model across modules so production, stores and finance never disagree.
  • Machine data captured at the edge with store-and-forward, so a network blip never loses a reading.
  • Phased go-live by module and plant, with parallel runs before cut-over.

We already run Tally or SAP. Do we have to replace it?

No. Many of our ERP engagements start by building the modules the existing system handles badly, such as shop-floor routing, job work or machine data, and integrating cleanly with the finance system you already trust.

Which machines can you connect?

Most modern PLCs expose OPC UA, Modbus or vendor APIs; older machines can be instrumented with edge sensors and gateways. We assess your line during discovery and recommend the least invasive path.

Can the ERP run on our own servers?

Yes. We deploy on-premise for plants with intranet-only policies, including multi-unit setups with controlled replication, and we also offer secure cloud hosting.

How do you handle GST and payroll compliance?

Statutory rules are built into the workflow: e-invoicing and e-way bills are generated from the transaction, and payroll applies PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and minimum-wage rules, including state-specific provisions.
