Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Vibrant Coders Software Solutions LLP (“Vibrant Coders”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. Engagements for software services are governed by separate written agreements, which take precedence over these terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract its content beyond what search engines ordinarily do.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and code are owned by or licensed to Vibrant Coders and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business reference, with attribution, but may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Case studies and content

Case studies describe real engagements with client identities withheld. Metrics reflect results observed in those engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any other project. Articles are general information, not professional advice.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a form does not create a contract. Proposals, estimates and architecture session summaries are indicative until a written agreement is signed.

Third-party services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties regarding its availability or accuracy and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.
