A transparent, predictable engineering cycle.
Four phases, each with a defined output you sign off, and four ways to engage us. You always know where the project stands and what it will cost.
Discovery to care, in four phases.
- 01
Discovery
1–3 weeks
Workshops with your stakeholders to map business logic, data flows and pain points, ending in a clear, agreed scope.
We spend time where the work happens: on the shop floor, with the sales team, in the accounts office. The output is a process map, a prioritised scope and a phased roadmap you can budget against.
Outputs
- Process map and pain-point register
- Prioritised scope and phase plan
- Risk and integration inventory
- Commercial proposal
- 02
Architecture
2–4 weeks
Database schema, API design and high-fidelity UI prototypes, signed off before development begins.
The data model, service boundaries, integrations and deployment topology are designed and reviewed first. Prototypes of the hardest screens are tested with real users so the build sprints start with certainty.
Outputs
- Data model and API contracts
- Infrastructure and security design
- High-fidelity prototypes
- Sprint plan and acceptance criteria
- 03
Development
Two-week sprints
Agile sprints with live demos, transparent progress tracking and clean code shipped through CI/CD.
Every sprint ends with a working demo on a staging environment you can log into. Code is reviewed, tested and deployed through automated pipelines. You see progress, not status reports.
Outputs
- Working software every two weeks
- Sprint demos and reports
- Automated tests and CI/CD
- Technical documentation
- 04
Launch & care
Ongoing
Smooth go-live, user training and UAT, followed by ongoing maintenance and continuous enhancement.
Go-live is planned like a production changeover: parallel runs, data migration rehearsals, training by role and a hypercare window. After launch, our support and AMC plans keep the system secure and improving.
Outputs
- UAT and training by role
- Data migration and cut-over
- Hypercare support
- AMC and enhancement roadmap
Every engagement includes
- Single point of contact
- Sprint demos & reports
- Technical documentation
- UAT & user training
- Post-launch support
- Source code ownership
Choose the way you'd like to work with us.
Most relationships combine models over time: a fixed-scope first phase, a dedicated team for the roadmap and an AMC for operations.
Fixed-scope project
Defined scope, timeline and cost. Ideal for well-specified products and ERP modules.
- Best for
- Clear requirements, defined modules, budget certainty
- How it works
- Discovery and architecture fix the scope; we commit to a price and timeline and deliver in sprints against agreed acceptance criteria.
Dedicated team
A focused team of engineers working as an extension of yours, month on month.
- Best for
- Product companies, long roadmaps, in-house product owners
- How it works
- You get named engineers, a lead and a designer as needed, working in your tools and cadence, with monthly capacity you can scale.
Time & material
Flexible, pay-for-effort engagement for evolving requirements and R&D.
- Best for
- Exploratory work, integrations, evolving scope
- How it works
- Effort is estimated per task and billed as used, with transparent timesheets and weekly check-ins.
Support & AMC
Annual maintenance covering monitoring, fixes, updates and enhancements.
- Best for
- Live systems that must stay secure, monitored and improving
- How it works
- A yearly agreement with SLAs by severity, scheduled updates, monitoring and a bank of enhancement hours.
What happens in a free architecture session
A 60-minute working session with a senior engineer, not a sales call. You leave with a written summary whether or not we work together.
- 01
You describe the operation
How orders, production, field work or transactions actually flow today, and where it hurts.
- 02
We map it live
We sketch the systems, data and integrations on a shared board and identify the highest-impact opportunities.
- 03
You get a roadmap
A short written summary with recommended architecture, phases, engagement model and indicative effort.
Scope, price and ownership.
How do you price projects?
We offer fixed-scope projects, dedicated teams, time-and-material engagements and annual support contracts. Discovery and architecture phases define the scope precisely enough to commit to a fixed price where that suits you.
How long does a typical project take?
A corporate web platform ships in six to ten weeks. ERP modules, portals and mobile apps are scoped per module and delivered in two-week sprints, with first usable releases typically within eight to twelve weeks of architecture sign-off.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. All source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation belong to you, and we are happy to set up repositories under your organisation from the start.
Can you deploy on our own servers?
Yes. We deploy on-premise for organisations with intranet-only policies, including multi-unit plants, and we also offer secure cloud hosting on AWS with India-region options.
How do you keep projects transparent?
Every engagement includes a single point of contact, two-week sprints with live demos, written sprint reports, a staging environment you can log into and technical documentation delivered as we go.
